The project is located in an industrial park, which is made of an old building. The entire residential space is a U-shaped enclosure layout with the core landscape of a swimming pool. The most brilliant part of the design is the “Interaction” between Indoor space and outdoor environment. To make designer’s dream comes true, HEYI selected big entire glass landing on the ground and increase the permeability of the views between interior and outdoor. Further, by mixing indoor and outdoor material to “mix” the boundary to be vague, transit and extent the space naturally.

Due to surrounding in industrial park, the project's overall style is hale, but surface treatment reveals the nature of the materials.

To reach the integration of indoor and outdoor space, the living room TV backdrop extends to the exterior space, and white marble wall "inadvertently" carved into the rough texture of natural rubble. The visual effect of the entire interior space has been effectively extended.

The building with enclosure may create a long corridor. Hereby a “watermark” image created on 20-meters wall. It echoes the outdoor waterscape naturally, and this unique effect is process by HEYI wood custom workshop.
